We also provide a tried-and-tested framework for answering these questions, a mark scheme and some additional tips and tricks.
All the knowledge in the world cannot replace opportunities to practice answering past interview questions live and under timed conditions. In our online mock interview workshops you will be paired with a fellow ST Interview subscriber and split into a virtual breakout room. Each of you will get to act as interviewee and examiner using realistic interview scenarios provided by stinterview.com.
Our aim is to provide a friendly environment where you can get into the habit of speaking to unfamiliar people under timed conditions. The workshop hosts, all top-scoring surgical trainees, will be happy to answer your questions on the interview process after your practice.
