Each year, we ask our candidates a simple question: “Did STInterview help you secure your Ophthalmology ST1 post?”
And in 2025, the answer was clearer than ever.

Over 70% of surveyed STInterview candidates received an offer.

  • I got my first choice of deanery using this course, and I’d highly recommend it! This was not my first time applying, and I had previously opted to save money by not using a course like this. However, I was much better prepared for the interview and did much better than I expected after using this course. Ultimately, you will always be a lot better prepared and have a better idea of what is expected of you if you take a course like this – and I genuinely believe that this is the best one based on discussion with colleagues. I think it is well worth the investment of both the time and the money to do it and I am thrilled that I did now that I’ve got my choice of job!

Whilst my actual interview stations were not included on this course, the fundamentals were the same. I tried to attend 1 practice session but left after I realised it was approx 1 trainee to 10 candidates.
